Abaya Size Guide
Abayas are designed for a modest and comfortable fit. The most important measurement is height, as abayas are usually made to flow freely rather than fit tightly like dresses.
Standard Abaya Sizes (Length)
Use the below chart to help determine your recommended size for Abayas, which due to their looser fitting have a distinct size guide.

Your height will help determine which approximately is your best size fitting. For example, if your body height is 150 cm, then the recommended item length is either 50” or 52”, with the recommended sleeve length of 26”. Note the measurements are for the Abaya itself, NOT BODY MEASUREMENTS.
If you are planning to wear the Abaya with long heels, we recommend adding one or two inches extra.
For any other required size fields, you will have to take those measurements yourself. Please refer to the measurement guide below for how to best to so.
Tip: If you prefer your abaya slightly shorter (ankle-length), choose one size down. For extra coverage (floor-length), choose one size up.
How to Measure Yourself
Use a measuring tape and follow these steps:
Height / Length
Stand straight (barefoot).
Measure from the top of your shoulder (near neckline) down to your ankle.
This will be your abaya length.
Bust
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust.
Keep the tape straight and relaxed, not too tight.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist.
Shoulder Width
Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other across your back.
Quick Tips
Always measure over light clothing, not thick layers.
If you’re between two sizes, choose the longer length for modesty.
For oversized or kimono-style abayas, length is more important than bust/shoulder.
Custom tailoring is recommended for a perfect fit.
